GMC Terrain 2017 – SUV of class “K2” with front-wheel or all-wheel drive. The debut of the restyled version of the model took place at the New York Auto Show in April 2015.

Frankly speaking, the scheduled update of the Terrain turned out to be so insignificant that it can hardly be called a full-fledged one. As for the technical part, there were no changes, and the designers limited themselves to revising the radiator grille, bumpers, optics (LED lighting is still available only in expensive trims), and 18-inch wheels. In the cabin, one can note only the appearance of an additional shelf on the center console and a different trim of the gear lever handle.

The GMC Terrain engine range includes two gasoline units – a 2.4-liter four-cylinder with 182 hp and 236 Nm of torque, and a 301-hp V6 with a displacement of 3.6 liters. Both engines work in tandem with a 6-speed Hydra-Matic automatic transmission. With the 182-hp engine and front-wheel drive, the car consumes 9.5 liters of gasoline per 100 km in a combined cycle.
