Interior. At first glance, it may seem that there are no changes in the Acadia’s interior – and that is true. The manufacturer only installed a new multimedia system with improved graphics and performance, as well as worked on the quality of materials. However, it is worth noting the new 9-speed automatic that replaced the previous 6-speed torque-converter unit. Instead of a traditional lever, the new transmission received push-button control, which made it possible to arrange the space on the center console more effectively.

Equipment. The previous Acadia was never “basic,” but the restyling brought it a head-up display, a higher-quality camera image, an additional camera in the interior rearview mirror (as in Cadillac models), and a number of other features.

Technology. Under the hood of the GMC Acadia, a 2.0-liter turbo engine with 230 hp and 350 Nm of torque is now available. The previous naturally aspirated units with a displacement of 2.5 liters (194 hp, 258 Nm) and 3.6 liters (314 hp, 368 Nm) have also remained in service. The transmission is a classic 9-speed automatic and front-wheel drive. All-wheel drive (with a rear axle clutch) is optional.
